Tamar Braxton visited The Ellen Degeneres Show on Wednesday
and showed off some sweet pictures of her baby son Logan – as well as her enormous
diamond “push present” from husband Vince Herbert!
The 35-year-old singer and reality star, who gave birth back
in June, joked that the bling was a combo gift.
“You know, I don’t know if
it’s a Christmas present because my husband owed me a push gift and I didn’t
get it,” she told Ellen. “So I think this is like a combination.”
The ring features a GIANT
cushion-cut canary diamond – “40 or something carats,” Ellen
guesstimated – surrounded by mini diamonds on a micropavé band.
Just in case you haven’t heard
of a push present, it’s basically a gift from a new dad to a new mom after she
gives birth.
It’s a relatively new trend, and it’s sparked some lively debate… in fact, a few of our contributors are pretty adamantly opposed to the idea:
Am I that naive – or perhaps stupid – not to
demand some expensive bauble from my husband just for being a willing
