Scrumptious Whipped Cauliflower "Mashed Potatoes"

Craving mashed potatoes but don't want the calories and fat?  

This whipped cauliflower recipe will satisfy your cravings, and it tastes delicious with no guilt!


  • cauliflower
  • butter substitute spray (I use "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)
  • garlic salt



Cut one large head of cauliflower into flourettes. Put the flourettes in a Ziploc bag and punch holes in the baggie.

Microwave for 9 minutes, with the bag in a microwave safe bowl. Cut a hole in the bottom of the bag to let excess water drip out.

Spray a few squirts of butter substitute spray, and add a few shakes of garlic salt.

Put it in food processor and blend until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!

No baking, no fluffing, no nothing. It tastes decadent so you can indulge without feeling guilty!
