Brooke’s School Lunch List
One thing I always did when my kids were little was to include sweet notes in my little one’s lunch box.

Here’s my healthy school lunch list:
Fruit
- Bananas
- Tangerines
- Grapes
- Strawberries
- Sliced mangos
- Sliced apples with peanut butter
Snacks
- Healthy chips
- Whole wheat pita chips with hummus ( check out my video here)
- Crackers and peanut butter sandwiches
- String cheese
- Seaweed
- Carrots with ranch dip
- Black sesame snap peas (check out my recipe here)
- Raw almonds
- Dried fruit
- Yogurt
Thermos Meals
- Magic meat (beef, carrot and peas) with chips (Sierra’s fav)
- Pasta
- Fried rice (check out my recipe here)
Sandwiches
- Turkey, sprouts, avocado on whole wheat (Rain’s favorite)
- Turkey and provolone on whole wheat roll, cooked panini-style (Neriah’s fav)
- PB&J on whole wheat or PB& Fluff (Shaya’s fav)
