Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add tomatoes, stock, herbs, salt and pepper. Cooke on low 20-30 minutes. Blend in blender in small batches to avoid splatter. Serve! Add chopped carrots for more veggies impact!
- 2 (24oz) Cans Organic Stewed Peeled Tomatoes
- 2 Onions – Chopped
- 1-2 (32 Ounce) Organic Chicken or Vegitble Broth
- 1 Clove Garlic – Minced
- 2 Tbl Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs-Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Rosemary to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
