NeNe Leakes, the vivacious and perhaps most outspoken cast member of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta opens up to readers with her newly penned Never Make the Same Mistake Twice.
NeNe reveals her past as a stripper, a gig she took while struggling to pay bills and support her child. Presenting a candid view, she writes of both the power and pitfalls of such a profession.
Says NeNe, “I worked this body like a well-oiled machine, and every movement got me closer to my goal of financial independence for me and my child.” She writes of ultimately leaving the business upon meeting her husband Gregg, to whom she is still happily married.
