I never feel like cooking on Friday nights, and I never feel like going out, because I’m too wiped out from the week!
So here’s my super easy, super delish and super fast recipe for a tasty pasta dish that’ll have you from the kitchen to your table in just about the time it takes you to boil your pasta! No joke!
Friday Night Pasta
- Leftover pasta drizzled with butter or good olive oil
- Handful of fresh Arugula or Spinach
- Handful of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- Red Chili Pepper flakes
- 1 Clove of Garlic minced
- Shredded Parmegiano Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
Mix it all up, serve with 2 Slices of French Bread with some Olive Oil to dip it in!!!!
