Hydrate tomatoes, drain. Place all ingredients together in Ziploc bag and refrigerate overnight (except cheese). Next day – put all ingredients from bag in food processor and coarsely chop. Spread over mix into cheese.
Enjoy with crackers and pitas!

- 1.5 ounces sundried tomatoes

- 2 parsley sprigs
- 1 scallion coarsely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pinch sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 10 ounces goat or cream cheese
