Skinny Strawberry Orange Juice

July 5, 2016 by The Nutrition Twins Leave a Comment

The warmer weather is finally here and if you’re trying to stay hydrated but craving a little somethin’, somethin’ (i.e. flavor and pizzazz) in your water minus a lil somthin’ somethin’ (calories, artificial sweeteners, etc.), we have the perfect drink for you!

This tropical, lower-calorie, twist on 100% juice is refreshing and has fiber (most juices don’t contain the fiber which helps your body to eliminate wastes), water and potassium, both which help to restore the body’s normal fluid balance (goodbye bloat) and hydrate you (hello energy!).

Plus, you get a skin-replenishing dose of vitamin C, which helps to keep your skin elastic and younger- looking by aiding collagen formation, plus phenolic compounds such as flavonoids and ellagic acid, powerful anticancer antioxidants that also work to keep your cells healthy.

Say hello to a great pick me up in the morning – Can’t wait for you to give it a whirl!

Good mornin’ sunshine!
