Scrambled Egg in a Mug
No more excuses to skip breakfast!
This is seriously the easiest thing I’ve ever made… and you can whip up a healthy breakfast for the whole family in just a few minutes.
Perfect for those super-rushed school mornings!
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- Chopped up onions
- Drop of milk
- Garlic salt to taste
- Small handful of spinach (it’s going to seem like a lot, but it will wilt down)
Directions
Spray a microwave safe coffee mug with non-stick spray. Put all ingredients in the mug and stir.
Put in the microwave for 1 min 30 seconds (or until egg is cooked). Eat right out of the mug – but be careful the mug is hot!
Clean-up is a breeze. Just have to clean one mug and a fork 🙂
Delicious and easy way to get protein in the morning – or any time of day!
