We love this tasty salsa recipe!
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 small yellow or white onion coarsely chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 small can El Paso Salsa de Jalapeno
- 1/4 to 1/8 whole jalapeños (depending on how hot you like it)
- juice from 2 limes
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
Finely chop up the tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, and jalapeños.
Toss together with the lime juice, salt and garlic salt.
Serve this salsa with tortilla chips, baked pita chips, or with fish, chicken or eggs.
