1 cup panko crumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Next, heat the teriyaki sauce, sugar and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely and the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in the minced garlic and remove from heat.

Line a cookie sheet with foil and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Pour the panko into a shallow dish and beat the egg in a separate dish.
