If youre like me, then getting to the gym can be a real chore. Especially now that Im blogging, I have come up with nearly every excuse in the book to avoid the gym. I havent written a blog in a couple of days, so I want to write this morning. I have no time for the gym today! Now Im in pretty decent shape. I wont lie. Ive been active my entire life, from ballet as a little girl through to late teens, and then fitness after that. Being fit and eating healthy have always been a part of my life.

We all know that taking baths once in a while in addition to our usual showers feels great on our bodies, soothes our souls, and is good for your internal systems.

Depression is an epidemic that is affecting countless people who don’t even realize that they are suffering from it. If they do realize they are suffering from it, they generally don’t want to seek help as they feel it’s a social no-no, and others will think less of them for it. Or, they simply don’t know where to turn. Allow me to share my battle with depression and hope that it helps even one person in the process.
