Zucchini Carpaccio Recipe
I love this one!
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis
- olive oil
- pine nuts
- grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions
Thinly slice the raw zucchini in circles. Arrange on a large plate and drizzle with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with pine nuts and grated parmesan.
Serve at room temperature.
