Chop
Chop 5 cucumbers
Chop Some More
Chop 5 stalks of celery
Prepare
In advance, cook 1 cup shelled endamame. Make sure they are cool.
Mix It Up
Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For A Little Something Extra
I love to add a tsp of pesto to the mix for extra flavor.
