Ginger Tea Recipe

This homemade tea will feel good when you have a scratchy throat. It’s sweet and spicy!

Ingredients and directions:

Peel and chop 2 ginger roots.

Boil in a medium saucepan full of water for 20 minutes. Cover and let steep for 1 hr.

Squeeze the juice from one lemon into the pan and add 2 teaspoons of honey

Drink Up!

You can drink this hot or at room temperature. It’s spicy, but GOOD!
