What do I do to control stuffed animals that overtake the kid's rooms??

Tame the wild animals!  Try these three easy steps to get stuffed animal clutter under control:

            1.        Discuss the clutter with your child.  Get them to agree to reduce the number of animals that can stay out and on their bed.

            2.        Then have your child pick out their favorite animals to have out and on their bed.  The rest can either go into your “zoo” (a clear bin or cardboard box you put away in the closet or storage) or to another child’s bedroom.  This is a good way to promote sharing and giving to others less fortunate.  And it will involve your child in the process so they will feel proud of themselves.

            3.        If your child is reluctant to lose any of their animal friends, create “zoos” within their bedroom.  Animals go to sleep at night and so should your child’s animals!  You can make them the zookeeper and make it a game!  But all animals must be in their “cages” before lights out.  If not, they may go missing (which is your queue to take them and put them in another “zoo” out of your child’s bedroom
