Quick and Easy RAW Vegan Recipes

Hello all you beautiful mothers and wives out there!  I am here to show you how easy it is for you and your families to live well, eat well and BE well!

The RAW Vegan lifestyle has been gaining more and more speed recently, and we are witnessing a major growth of the trend to “change our relationship with food.” That being said, everywhere you look now a days, fast food joints and restaurants are adding “healthy” additions to their menu and have also begun labeling items “organic.” The best thing we can do right now is to become knowledgable about the things we put into our bodies!

While a lot of packaged and processed food may say “all-natural” or “fat free”, they are STILL probably not what you want to be eating. It takes a lot of nasty chemical ingredients to alter things to make them “fat free” or “all-natural.” All-natural also in no way means “organic.”

As wives and mothers, we want to be aware of everything our families put in and on their bodies. So today, I will show you a couple amazing recipe that will serve as a “jumping off” point for your journey into preparing RAW food:

Smoothie Recipe

Blend:

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 7 dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinammon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 bananas

Chocolate Mousse Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 8 dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Cacao powder 

Directions:

Blend vanilla, dates and avocados until smooth. Add cacao powder, blend again.

Serve! (You can add your choice of berries to the top)

What’s the point of eating RAW?

We have pancreatic enzymes that are mainly for healing the body (making hair grow, healing wounds, nails..etc.) and when we ingest “cooked” food, those enzymes are no longer working for YOU, they are now working to break down the cooked food. Therefore making your  body WAIT to be healed.

Now, when you eat RAW food, your body has a chance to relax and systems can do what they were made to do.   That is why most people who eat RAW, have glowing skin and bright eyes.  My job now is to make eating RAW as simple as possible so that everyone and their brother can eat well and live well!
