A mouth-watering salad inspired by the beautiful beaches of Malibu, California.
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup string beans
- 1/4 cup radish
- 1/4 cup black beans
- 1 tbsp red onion
- Mixed greens
- Grilled chicken (optional)
- Jicama (optional)
Lay a bed of mixed greens on a large plate.
Chop up the carrots, string beans, radishes and red onion. Add the chopped vegetables on top of the bed of mixed greens.
Add this salsa dressing for a kick of flavor!
Try adding a few slices of jicama for a nice, crunchy finishing touch.
