Ah, the beautiful marriage between chocolate and peanut butter. Yum!
Jessie Jane, founder of Lilyshop, shares a great recipe for chocolate covered peanut butter pretzels that are delicious and so easy to make.
Your kids will love them, and the recipe can changed up to tailor to specific tastes or even seasons! Get your kids to help out making them - they're a cinch and don't require any baking!
Ingredients:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and unsalted butter together in a large bowl. You'll have to use your hands, but messy is fun!
Refrigerate peanut butter mixture for 30 minutes.
Roll your chilled peanut butter mixture into balls of 1in diameter. If it's too sticky, add some more powdered sugar.
Squish each peanut butter ball between two pretzels.
Refrigerate your peanut butter/pretzel sandwiches for another 30 minutes.
Dip half of a chilled sandwich in melted chocolate. Add your chips before the melted chocolate hardens!
Chill your dipped sandwiches once again before serving.
