Exercise helps keep away colds and flu!

We are talking moderate exercise here, not the kind of workout that breaks you down. Keeping a steady regimen of 2-4 miles on the treadmillor outside boosts your immune system experts say. I also believe that consistent stretching, yoga and drinking water keeps your system flushed and clean. Even if you do wind up catching something- chances are it won’t be as bad or last as long then if you weren’t regularly exercising.

If you have babies or toddler’s, chase the little one’s until you sweat or load up that stroller and hit the beat!
