What do you feel is lacking in your life? Is it keeping you from being happy? Do you trust there is enough love and abundance for everyone, or do you cling tight to things fearing there is not enough?
Our greatest mistake is the belief that we are lacking. Our beliefs are what drive our actions and are the force behind what we create in our lives. When we believe in or fear lack we create more of it. Scarcity thinking drives negativity in the world, and causes sadness within.
Depression often arrives from the feeling of lack. That we do not have enough, we are lacking something we need to be happy, or that who we are is not enough. It is not true. None of it is true.
The truth is you already have everything. You already are everything.
